Shipping policy

Once production is completed, orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Italy: 3–5 business days

  • Europe: 10–15 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs procedures

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes or force majeure events

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and marked as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Any assistance provided is at our sole discretion.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT is handled in accordance with EU regulations.

Any additional customs fees, duties, or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
